Exampark — Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Exampark (“we”, “us”) collects and uses information in our mobile apps, websites, and related services.

A. During Registration (for admission purpose)

• School
• Class
• Subjects opted
• Mobile number
• Parent/Guardian name
• Parent/Guardian mobile number

B. Profile Updates by Students (for communication purpose)

• Student name
• Parent/Guardian name
• Parent/Guardian mobile number
• Birthday (date of birth)

We do not collect precise location, contacts, photos, payment card numbers, or advertising identifiers.

3) How We Use the Information

• Admission processing and onboarding (registration data).
• Academic and administrative communication with students and parents (profile data).
• Account setup, user support, and service operations.

No ads, no analytics, no profiling. We do not use your data for advertising or third‑party marketing.

4) Sharing & Disclosure

We do not share, sell, or rent personal information to anyone. We may disclose information only if required by applicable law, regulation, or legal process.

5) Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards (e.g., HTTPS in transit, restricted access) to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

6) Data Retention & Deletion

We retain registration and profile information for as long as the account is active or as required for academic/administrative records. You can request deletion of your account and associated personal data by emailing support@exampark.in or using any in‑app request option where available. Upon verification, we will delete the data unless retention is legally required.

7) Your Choices & Controls

• Update profile: Students can update their name, parent name, parent mobile number, and birthday within the app.
• Access & correction: You may request a copy or correction via support@exampark.in.
• Deletion: You may request deletion as described above.

8) Children’s Privacy

Our services are used by students. For minors, a parent/guardian is expected to provide or supervise the provision of registration details and serve as the primary contact.

9) Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as our services evolve or to meet legal requirements. We will post updates here and revise the “Effective Date.” Material changes will be highlighted in‑app when appropriate.
